Run Classes

Run ClassWe currently meet Tuesday mornings at Alexander Graham Middle School track at 6:00pm. If you thrive in a group environment with a coach pushing you outside of your comfort zone, come join us! Runners of all levels are encouraged to participate. Each class will have a specific purpose. The workouts will focus on building speed, strength, and stamina. Contact to sign up!
